Booking a free 15-minute consultation call does not guarantee the commencement of any paid service. Paid consultation packages (£125 Full Business Review and £175 Full Review and Strategy Bundle) are confirmed once payment is received and a booking is agreed by both parties via email.
Cancellations for paid consultation calls must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
